- Capable of collecting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements by engaging with stakeholders across all levels, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Perform business analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and needs, ensuring that proposed solutions align with client objectives and technical capabilities.
- Employ various tools and techniques, such as process mapping, gap analysis, and data analysis, to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and challenges, and translate those into clear, actionable requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, QA) to ensure requirements are accurately captured and addressed.
- Support the design and development of solutions by ensuring that business requirements are accurately reflected in technical specifications and system designs.
- Act as a linkage between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and resolving misunderstandings.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the solution meets business and functional requirements.
- Proficient in writing Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
- Able to develop activity diagrams and flowcharts.
- Skilled in creating design mockups for UX/UI design.
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องมี
- At least 1 years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience in business analysis for technology-focused projects, with a particular emphasis on software development, system integration, and event management.
- Experience in a consulting environment, delivering complex projects for clients will be preferred.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your message to various audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques such as process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Experience working in Agile with hands-on experience applying these methodologies in real-world projects.
- Basic understanding of technologies used in our projects, such as enterprise software, CRM systems, and event management platforms.
- A proactive mindset and a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for both technology and business, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
